There are many activities throughout the week to explore. A warm and friendly place to congregate. Ask for a calendar with the schedule. The yoga is great no matter your age! I love the line dancing here. It was a surprisingly vigorous exercise. The excelerated Spanish class will have you speaking conversational spanish in no time! I look forward to the afternoon movies on Thursday's and Friday's. The tai chi class is very relaxing. Bus tours to museums such as the Reagan Museum are available. Don't miss the holiday dinner events to meet new friends!

There's a lot of different classes there. You really should go by and pick up a brochure that lists them all.
