Very bad customer experience, there was no communication that the Thrifty rental was off site and that when returning the car we needed to return it at the Hertz rental location at the airport because the Thrifty is closed on Sunday.

I call to ask about ask how do wit their and to see what they have so I can get a rental. This man that answered the phone was speaking so low and I informed him that I was hearing impaired and ask him to speak up. But it instead he mumbled something and hung up in my face. I called back and he hung up again. They wouldn't answer when called again so I could go off. They are so unprofessional. Don't rent from them.

No, Unfortunately not. They have a small lot, and don't allow customers to leave their personal vehicles there. You either have to have someone bring you, Or you can pay to park in one of the garages at the airport
I attempted to rent a car using my debit card which the system flagged as a prepaid card (which it is not), because it is an online banking account. So if your bank is a brick and mortar bank, I was told, then you can use your debit card with a refundable deposit. They do not take cash or prepaid debit
How much is rental

Be at least 20 years old (unless you’re in New York or Michigan, where the age limit is 18 years old). Have a valid driver’s license, in good standing for over a year – that means if you have any recent suspensions, you might not be able to rent. Have a valid debit or credit card – the name will need to match the one on your license. You will be subject to a Young Renter Fee in addition to the standard car rental rate.
You will have to use a credit card to reserve, but can pay otherwise upon rental return.
They charge extra if you leave the area.. and that way yes you are covered..
They don't ask your reason for renting the vehicle and the mileage is unlimited. So I would operate under the dont ask dont tell rule.
Depending on the size of the vechile. The average cost are usually $40-80/ day. A deposit is required if you do not have a major credit card.
