It is absolutely absurd to have a trash truck making rounds at 3:30 am in the morning when you live in the county (not city). I have had multiple phone calls to the company about this and been assured that it wouldn’t happen again, yet it continues every Wednesday morning at 3:30 am.

I’m willing to admit if it’s my bad if a payment failed to process, however on several occasions, even if my payment was successfully processed, they don’t always pick up my trash. I’m just tired of the inconsistency. I don’t know what else to do but try another company. Good luck.

$17 per month for weekly trash pickup. $5 additional for once every 2 week recycling.
Actually, they will pick up two additional "bags" beside your 96 gal bin as well (as of 7/20/2020). Recycling they say they're more flexible about and will take almost any recyclable thing every other week. Additional service can be scheduled for $1 / bag - that picks up on Saturday I believe.

No the mattress company you buy a new mattress from would take it upon delivery or your new mattress. Kirbys will pick it up for a price. Call and ask. Another option would be take it to the landfill yourself.
You can set up twice a week
There is no call center. This company has live breathing people there to answer all of your questions. Call and ask away, this is the ultimate in garbage service.

Not on Labor Day. Trash pickups are delayed by one day on holiday weeks. Normal schedule resumes the following week.
