Dont bother showing up with anything more than a scrape or burn. Fairly certain they are a front just to get you to go to the ER and spend 2 grand. Not to mention the hour of waiting 3 hours sitting in a room and leaving sicker then when i came in.

We went to the walk in on a Saturday morning for my 4 year old son. We were seen right away. The nurse, receptionist, radiologist and the PA-C who saw us were all exceptional and very patient with my son. After spending a couple of hours problem solving, unfortunately they were not able to come up with a reason for my sons issue. There were no visible signs of infection or anything of concern. We were sent home and told to watch for fever and worsening of symptoms. The next day (Sunday) when he still wasn’t any better, I called Doug Whitehead (the PA we saw) and left a message. He called back to answer my questions. He was disappointed there wasn’t any change and said he was going to make a call for us. He ended up getting us an appointment for Monday morning with an ENT! I am SO appreciative of the extra steps he took to help get some answers for my son. I’m sure it would’ve taken a lot of steps/referrals to get into the specialist and the only other route might’ve been going to the ER and sitting for hours hoping to get some answers. We are very thankful for the heights walk in and Doug Whitehead!

Just wanted to say how thankful I am for the crew at the St. V’s walk in today! We had to take our almost two year old in this morning. Everyone from the front desk to the MA to the NP were all so kind and great with our kiddo even though he was less than impressed. We saw Kevin Koch who was fantastic with our little man even though he cried every time Kevin entered the room. They got us in an out of there in no time too. Thanks again for your great care!

So good! Recently I went in with a cold (but I needed to be with my mother in ICU) and was worried I wouldn’t be taken seriously. I couldn’t have been more wrong. The receptionist, the nurse and the PA were so incredibly kind to me! The PA asked me hard questions to get me thinking in the right direction, and he gave me information to help me with decision making which is what I actually needed. I can wholeheartedly recommend these kind-hearted, intelligent people! A+
