We had a bad experience with another local vet clinic and got turned onto best friends animal hospital, from the first phone call they were very helpful and professional, we had brought our 15 year old dog in after he had slipped a splint off that was put on by other clinic, found out that the splint they put on was actually for the front leg, the said splint was pulling sideways on his severely broken leg, from the moment we brought whiskey ( our dog) in to best friends animal hospital he was in the best of care, we decided it was best to leave him in the clinic they put the right splint on him and gave us all the details as to what would happen next right down to estimated cost, the surgeon got ahold of us the very next day and scheduled his surgery, this said surgeon is an amazing Dr. And person he actually was the one to take whiskey out for walks, long story short he done an amazing job on our little guy and the whole staff at best friends animal hospital are the greatest thankyou for all you do!!!

This place was here when I needed them in every way. Not my regular vet but recommended by them. I realized I had to euthanize my beloved Labrador on a Sunday when everything in my rural area was closed. They treated us both with kindness, respect and compassion. Very professional. Very kind to me as I sobbed my good byes to my best friend. Thank you Best Friends staff and doctors. You are wonderful people and you make the world a better place…

I have a rescue dog Rita, she was diagnosed with heartworms by my Vet. Dr. Ken is not able to treat heartworms because Rita needs 24 hour care when she gets her shot. I cannot say enough good about the front desk, the vet techs, and Dr. DJ Smith. I will have no problem making the 45 mile drive. If you have ever watched Rocky Mountain Vet, Dr. Young, this is the place. 🐾❤

My pup needed knee surgery, my vet doesn't do the surgery she needs, so they recommended Best Friends. I called them to find out how much it would coast me. They quoted me 4 to 5 thousand dollars. I replied, this conversation is over. I called around and found another vet 20 minutes from where I live. They looked at her and will be doing her surgery for 600 bucks. Best Friends is only in it for the money. I would suggest you look elsewhere. Not your best friends, friend.

Yes they provide a clean and excellent extended day care for your furry baby. Give them a quick call they are open 24/7. You can also message the owner on facebook ;)

They do charge more for "after hours" treatments, but its not a flat, one-time fee. Their hourly rate for care goes up from the standard rate of Monday - Friday 8-5.
