Very professional, competent and caring. Also, the clinic model is fantastic, it was wonderful to just pop in, receive great treatment, and then go about my day. Total lifesaver being from out of town.

I just moved to Billings and have been with Walk-in for 3 months. I love that I can just show up after work and get adjusted. Reasonable price, excellent front desk service and very professional chiropractors. I’ve had a great experience every single time!

Extremely fast and efficient in getting people checked in and seen. The facility is very clean and modern. I came to leave this review however because I wanted to say thank you to the woman who did my alignment yesterday for her accommodation for my hearing loss. Once I learn her name, I will edit my review. I have a bilateral sensory neural hearing loss, which is fancy wording for "I can barely hear in both ears". It's quite severe, and I rely on lip reading a lot. So you can guess how the pandemic and the masks have made that more difficult. People often don't believe me that I have such a profound hearing loss because I spent years in speech therapy learning to speak clearly, and so many times when I've asked people to lower their masks when I'm having trouble hearing them, some have not believed I had a hearing loss and even gotten mad at me for asking, and refused. Instead, this woman pulled her mask down once I started having trouble hearing her and told her I read lips. It was surprising, because all over the facility are signs that say masks are still required, and so it was really refreshing and kind to have this woman take her mask down to assist me. It made me feel less self-conscious about my hearing disability, and more welcome in the facility as a whole. Thank you!!

This place is fantastic. I am from out of town and walked in on a Friday. I saw Dr Doug who gave me one of the most thorough and quality adjustments I have ever received. I have been receiving chiropractic care for 20 years and have seen my share of doctors. Appt was 10 mins and done! Awesome place. Will return and definitely recommend.
