We do not refuse out of state license. If your license is expired then yes we do. If it has anything to do with a firearm, yes we do. If you are attempting to cash a check and trying to use an ID that doesn't match, yes we do. Other than that, we do business with people from out of state everyday.

I don't believe they cash those but not 100% sure. I think that is a 2 party check and if so definitely not. Personally, I try to avoid Alan's because the staff act like they're better than their customers so just go to the bank the check is written from and should be able to cash it.
