Most importantly you need to report it to the police call the non-emergency number and tell them and they should be able to take a report from you. Either they can meet you in person at the station or they can meet you at your house. In case if there's ever any fraud at least you will have it on the record that you reported it stolen.

Sorry but I don't think that there's a way of doing that but some advice to you is...Just show up HOURS early (BEFORE THE OFFICE OPENS UP), because A LOT of people be there. Also bring a folding chair and a drink because the lines can get LONG 😳.

If you lost your ss card, get ready for a long run!!! Make an appointment (if you can) and make sure you bring your driver license, original birth certificate, passport. If you decide to visit the office, then get ready for an adventure! The very attentive guards will explain the whole process to you(outside the building). They will provide you with an official ss envelope in which you deposit your original documents and then you will be escorted inside the lobby where a mail box is located but you won't talk or see any ss workers. Not sure what you mean by handicap lines. The building us handicap accessible and there are permitted disabled parking spaces. When you enter, you're usually directed to a kiosk to receive a ticket number. The staff is pretty helpful so if you need assistance with the kiosk, they'll be more than willing to lend a hand. Once your number is called, you go to the assigned window. The windows are low and there are chairs, so if you're in a wheelchair, you won't have any issues. Hope that helps.
