Alan's pawn shop is the worst pawn shop in the entire planet I been there three times and each time I went they see that I have a out of state liscense and they all of a sudden get an attitude with me and refuse every item I bring

We do not refuse out of state license. If your license is expired then yes we do. If it has anything to do with a firearm, yes we do. If you are attempting to cash a check and trying to use an ID that doesn't match, yes we do. Other than that, we do business with people from out of state everyday.

Pretty much the whole Asheville City is like that. Bc I once had an out of state liscense bc I moved here and am not from here and I also couldnt do much buisness here til i got my liscense transferred. I'm a current customer of Alan's and i have been there Tons of times. But NC has always been struct like that. I guess they think if u out of town and trying 2 pain things with it of state they assume that u most likely up 2 something...
