My sheer, very expensive scarf was cleaned and returned to me with two tiny, but permanent holes where the identification tag was attached. This damage was foreseeable and easily prevented.

Will you clean a suede skirt? It is a dark wine color and has a splash stain all down the front I did not see in the dimly lit thrift shop. Wes Brock in Tryon looked at it, but sent me to you since he no longer stocks the proper chemicals.
