Horrible customer service. Bought two new pairs of jeans for my son that neither fit. Returned tne next day w receipt and the original bag and was denied returning one of the items due to a cardboard sticker not being on a pair of the pants. These were $75 jeans, and if they dont fit they dont fit. A little cardboard sticker should be an easy replacement for a clothing supply store. Simply ridiculous policy and treatment. The bottom line is they don't want to take returns!
