We stayed here for a family reunion in June 2022. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. Service was good and employees were very friendly. It is a bit outdated but not horribly. I would recommend a change in the breakfast menu. It's the same things everyday and no waffle maker. Coffee is awful. We only ate the breakfast twice due to the reason above. No variety at all. Parking is a bit crowded and if there is no spaces in the front. you have to park in the back which is not well lit and a but unsafe. I would stay here again in the future I would just plan to eat out for breakfast.

Great stay at the Crystal Inn. Loved the convenient airport shuttle and that the ski bus stop is right out the door. The staff was super friendly, and the rooms were comfortable and spacious. The breakfast beats any of the big chain hotels too. Definitely recommend.

The customer service is above and beyond! This hotel feels dated, for sure. But, the breakfast is great, it's next to a stop for the ski bus, and the staff are fantastic! We were allowed to leave our stuff in storage for the day we checked out so we could ski. When we got back, we still got a shuttle to the airport. This place also has a hot tub, pool, and workout area.

Perfect place for a ski trip to snowbird/Alta! 1. the second stop of ski bus which will make sure u get seats even on busy weekends 2. Spacious room, nice breakfast and hot tubs. 3. helpful staff. They can keep ur luggage for u if u want to ski after checkout. I missed the shuttle to airport and they just helped me request a lyft! 4. Lastly the great price! Recommend for booking by directly calling them. Saw some reviews complained about room service and old. It’s kind of true. But just those were not my major concern and also it’s already far beyond my expectation considering the price.

Yes a shuttle from and to the airport is available. Check with in with front desk for they utilize cabs also when needed.
That's something you might need to call them about! We absolutely loved staying here! They have a snack/dinner most nights!

According to guest services at the hotel, they do not have a shuttle, but the bus that goes to the ski parks has a stop right in front of the hotel.
There's a betos, dennys, a Subway, and McDonald's that are all pretty close and are open all night. Also pizza deliveries like big daddys will deliver till about 3 am but if u need the front desk is super helpful and will get u a list of numbers for businesses who are open all night
