Just observed an Amazon driver who was driving through my neighborhood with the sliding door on his van wide open. He came in, approached the end of the road and did a 3 point turn, which is when I saw that the door was open. Very unsafe.

I am there 5 days days a week delivering packages for Amazon. We deal with it all from crazy drivers not paying attention, animal attacks, crazy weather.

Amazon is terrible at delivieries!!!! At my office building, where there are other businesses, we find the driver will leave all of our packages for the various businesses in the unattended lobby where anyone can come in and steal the packages. Also, I had deliveries scheduled to be delivered to my home today. They claim they can not make it to the front door. If they had 4 wheel or all wheel drive, they could. Now try to contact them regarding the packages!! NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM!!!

No I don't have a number for the station
The one who is half planet away is going there almost everyday I work as independent contractor with Amazon, I pick up packages and deliver them to customers, I was confused too when I saw that sign but its internal if there is any issue with the itinerary, damaged packages, returns,, for amazon driver they go directly to the customer service kiosk.
The customer service kiosk is only for amazon truck drivers not for clients
There is no way to pick up your package at this warehouse
Warehouse workers start at $15.00 a hour. Not sure about the delivery drivers
Just so you know each delivery van is owned by a private company. The delivery vans come out of Amsterdam

It is located on 5S.Exit 27 Amsterdam off of I-90. Once you exit you have to get on 5S W to get to it. It is directly across from both the Beach-Nut factory and the Target warehouse.
