Zero out of five is my rating!! Updated: We went in to exchange dryer cord and the return desk female employee had customer service skills from hell! She was so rude and even threw the return slip for us to sign on the floor. We had to pick it up. No apologies no nothing! HORRIBLE employee!! She needs fired. So the the cord we needed had to be wired in and they wanted us to let the delivery drivers from yesterday do it. No way! They couldn't even put the dryer in the correct way. And come to find out they even connected the hot and cold lines to the wrong outlets. I wish I would have shopped anywhere but the Murray, UT Lowe's. If I could give this store a zero out of five on a rating I would. I tried to get ahold of the store manager but couldn't. If you aren't available to talk with your customers you are doing things wrong. I've worked in customer service over the years and this isn't the way to treat customers especially in today's environment. We can and will shop at other stores. Original review: So disappointed! We bought a washer and dryer but they bought the wrong dryer cord. Now to wait another day. We have to go into the store to exchange it. They didn't even put the dryer in correctly into the room. Now we have to take them back out and put them in right.

Lowe's is pretty damn nice to shop at. They have knowledgeable staff, and most things are in stock. We did need to order a few things, but overall, the experience was great.

We love Lowes. They have friendly staff and always have what we need. I just bought all new appliances from Lowes, after thoroughly shopping around. Lowes delivered them free and flawlessly.

I wanted to see if they had a dishwasher actually in stock. Their website said they did, but big companies can never be trusted with their online inventories. Never. So, I called this afternoon and asked someone. They said yes. I asked them to actually go look for the item because I don’t trust online inventories. They supposedly did and told me yes. So I ordered it online for pickup. I got a call hours later from someone telling me they didn’t have it in stock and that it would take 6-8 weeks to get one. What!?!? I asked why someone told me earlier that day that they DID have it?? Was that person lying to me? We’re they completely lazy and didn’t go look for it? Who knows… I told them to cancel the order immediately. I will not be ordering anything from Lowes any time soon.

I try to look at the ground as I walk in. Otherwise i see too many things I want/need.
When someone answers we'll ask what was the motivating factor
No now's perfect expecially with the rain were having and hold off on the fertilizer for about a month to 6 weeks
Not really scratch resistant but do for over glasses
You would have to pay extra I would think. Many places are just delivering to the driveway due to covid, so ask questions when you purchase an appliance.
