The business plan may be flawed and perhaps not ethical or legal when you turn your bike in for repairs. After they look at the bike, they send you an invoice to pay BEFORE any work is accomplished. Then they send you an invoice for the repair work to pay before the work is completed. My recommendation; Do not pay for the final work until you are satisfied with the repairs. Their method of communication is questionable and done so that the customer has no recourse. My recommendation; Insist on email as your means of communication so you have a written record of all agreements. That their word - Ryan's - may not be honored as you may have a verbal agreement that will later be retracted. My recommendation; insist on written correspondence and do not trust their word as it may not be honored. Most repair facilities stand behind their repairs. Most repair facilities would allow the customer to bring the bike back if the work they performed was not satisfactory. My recommendation; never take any repaired bike unless it is 100% satisfactory. That they may not be competent to affect repairs on your bike unless it is a make and model they are familiar with. My recommendation; ask them how many of this make and model have they serviced in the past and perhaps ask them about their mechanic training also ensure that they are competent to make the repairs. My bike is unrideable. I am saving for a trailer and trailer hitch for my Honda CRV so I can take my bike to the nearest competent and reputable repair shop and ask them to replace the rubber brake line hoses for both the front and the rear brakes. In my case, on May 4th, 2022, I was billed $863.00 to have my tires and brakes pads and both front fork seals replaced on my 2003 BMW 1175RT. On April 10th, 2022, I received an email with an invoice for an additional $1,844.13 to complete the repairs. I am saddened by this outcome and wish I would have known about the outcome before I entrusted them for the repairs.

Electrical repairs. Squirrels ate some wiring. They got the bike in. Fixed the issue. Inspected the system. Bike works like new. Price was umm... shockingly affordable. Great experience. I'll be back.
