Lived here for about 3 years now, little to no complaints about this complex, I feel like a lot of issues that I've had at Olympus at Daybreak, have stemmed from a lack of communication on my end.. They tend to stay really up to date with resident requests. The trash service and lawn care employees are all very friendly, and I've only seen them work hard, they really don't slack off... (I've watched them lol) I'm happy to have met the ones that I have. In all honestly though, I have to give the biggest shout-out to the A-M, Nathan (Nate the Great). Nate is THE guy that every apartment complex wants to hire, He's helped us over and over in the past, and has always been happy to do so. I believe he genuinely cares, and I see a lot of other reviews for him on here as well, so I know a lot of people agree with me. Sometimes I think he singlehandedly keeps his staff in check, as well as keep every resident here happy. Talk about deserving of a raise... Keep this man around...

The Olympus at Daybreak is a great apartment complex to live in, of course there are their issues like all complexes, like parking can be an issue. However, the maintenance crew is the best, Cesar is my main man, he is always coming to save my family when we're having an issue from a sink leak to a cracked gas valve. He's so friendly and informative, also attentive. Whenever he's over he always checks on our air filter. I've seen reviews on here that are less then great but you'll never find a better maintenance crew, especially Cesar, I give him a 10/10! Edit: Parker and Tony came to my rescue. My kitchen light has been out for about two weeks, but as soon as the part came in, they were there to quickly install it. They even replaced my air filter without asking. The maintenance team is amazing here 🙌

We rented an apartment for 5 months. After moving out we felt we had a charge that was not our responsibility. We went to the office and spoke with Nathan J, the assistant manager. We arrived close to closing time and Nathan was so kind and eager to talk to us to help us resolve our concern. He stayed past closing time to meet with us and said he would talk to his manager and get back to us the next day. He was friendly, understanding, and attentive to our concerns. The next day when he called he had refunded the money, emailed us the confirmation, and explained that Olympus at Daybreak wanted to make sure we felt we had been treated fairly. We are grateful for kind people like Nathan who listened to us and resolved our concern. We love Daybreak and would rent an apartment again from Olympus at Daybreak. Thanks Nathan!

Blake came over to fix my leaking washer machine and did excellent work. He was able to locate the issue right away and got it fixed. Very respectful young man and a joy to talk to. I have had multiple technicians in my unit in the past but nothing like the experience I had with Blake. World class customer service. Keep up the great work bud.

That’s weird I pay for a 3 bd 2 bth and with water, internet, trash it ends up being about 1800🤷🏻♀️
