Doing the same…if they don’t answer phones I won’t shop there. After all if I have a problem and live 45 minutes away, I don’t want to have to drive there to ask a question to get help.

Very high prices but beautiful furniture

We ordered couches on Memorial Day when was a regular couch the other was a matching couch with the pullout bed. It was not going to be delivered till July which was fine we new that it was on backorder. The the delivery day came and went with nobody contacting us we tried to get ahold of somebody to find out about the delivery but could not get through.. We finally got ahold of someone a day or two later and all we got was oh sorry it's on back order. In August they delivered 1 couch and we we were told the other would be delivered in a day or two and someone would contact us...never happened. After weeks of us trying to get info we finally contacted someone and guess what? They don't make our couch anymore and no one bothered to tell us! We went into the store to get something else in Sept. The delivery day was Oct 21st, but it never came.

for Ashley I think it is normal. I ordered 2 bedroom sets in Sept, was supposed to deliver Oct, I'm still waiting and it's March/April. someone else I know ordered a couch and got a refund 9 months later.

You probably need to contact the store customer service directly, rather than through this Google question post.

Best would be to go to home depot. They have very nice knobs and draw pulls that you can select all the options from. Fairly reasonable prices. If you are looking for older type to replace suggest looking at habitat for humanities on Manuel. They might have that special one for the replacement.

Check their website before you buy in store..a lot of the times the prices are cheaper and they will honor the prices.
