I needed new work shoes and my dog chewed on them a week ago. I was reluctant because I am very picky about my shoes. As a nurse I like stability and comfort. Larry said, all the nurse come to the dansko area. I didn’t like the shoes on the wall and he picked up the same shoe I was wearing but in a better color. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel extremely comfortable. I will definitely come back for shoes and ask for him! Give that man a raise!

Hi James! Dillards.com does not offer alterations. However, all stores offer free alterations on full priced tailored items and unfinished pant bottoms. There is a fee required for all tailored items that are on sale and anything ready-to-wear. Ready-to-wear is limited to the following: coats - sleeves; pant bottoms - plain/cuff; and skirts/dresses - hem, sleeves and straps.
