WM - Maplewood (Amelia) Landfill

They were supposed to pick up trash Monday morning after we put the trash cans out Sunday afternoon. They came to pick up the extra trashcan that we did not order but did not pick up the trash, while understanding those are two different trucks. I called the next day and they guaranteed me that somebody would be out within a day or two but that never happened. I then called again and they guaranteed me that somebody would be out in another 1/2 days, that never happened. At this point it’s Friday afternoon, knowing that they’re closed over the weekend and for the holiday I had to wait till next week Tuesday in order for my trash to be picked up. I had flies all around my yard and the smell of trash that had been baking in 100 degree temperatures throughout the week!!

Be aware this company quoted me a reasonable price but when the bill came there were $63.00 worth of undisclosed fees. I paid for the can drop off, called to cancel b/c of the huge difference in price, was told I would be charged $75.00 again to pick up the cans. WM picked up twice, they charged me $162.00 to end the service. All within two week beginning to end. What a racket.
