Waste Connections will no longer provide bulk pickup for you if your are outside city limits. They neglected to inform their current customers of this change and now the value of service is not there anymore. They raise prices with no communication, change policy and then they will be happy to argue with you on the phone if you dare to express your discontent. I will no longer be using Waste Connections since their service is just plain garbage now.

We are currently working on a system on our website that will allow you to enter your address and it tells you our service days but it is still under construction. You can call our customer service department at 865-522-8161, ext. 3 Thank you
If you live in the City limits, it is only what will fit in the cart.
Pickup service will be normal, but office will be closed.
