Lots of fun and I've always had a good experience with the staff. Great birthday party for my kids. Very simple and easy for the parents.

My boy's absolutely love this place, the only thing I have negative to say is some of the workers aren't the friendliest but over great experience, My boy's have a great time and thats all that matters to me.

$10-30 min $14. One hour $18 90 minutes
It ends up being about $20 for an hr because u have to buy their "specia"l socks! $3 a pair. Games, food & drink are extra. Taking 2 kids usually cost me $50-60!
thank u
yes they do
Yes there is a snack bar, the socks are 2.50 and no you will not have to pay to watch them play but you will have to sign a waiver.
I am in complete agreement with the other two Local Guides. But you do have to "check in" first at the computers when you get there, which pulls up the info for the folks at the counter.
Not yet. But they said they are planning on having them in the not too distant future.
Good luck getting them to answer the phone to figure it out
It would probably cost a lot for the entire building, they usually just give you a party room and let you jump, but other people can still jump at that time, or at least they could pre covid
No. They do have a max capacity though so if they are busy you might have to wait.
If your not jumping you don't pay. Just pay for who's jumping
I dont know but I weight close to 250 and I got in. But I think the limit is 250.
Possibly a hip if they arent careful lol. $ wise think it's all the same
Yes
Their website has more information about birthday packages than what someone will answer to on here.
Yes. They should be able to.
Every day or the last few times I've went
On Tuesday evenings it is $10 per hour in lieu of $14 per hour
At least 13-14. They work the younger ones for the birthday parties and stuff like that.
The toddler times are 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Thursday
my one year old niece was running around there playing on almost everything she was able to! however, they charge full price for everyone...even small children.
While visiting, I saw grade school aged kids around 7 by themselves.
Believe they start at $299
