a hospital should be not allowed to run if it has anything below 4 stars, I get a bad experience once or twice the people working there are exactly that, people. but when they are allowed to treat patients unsanitary or have patients that can have serious problems left in the waiting room for hours without observation, it's not okay.

Near the emergency department
As you enter the grounds from the front, take the first right and then the third left. You are at the correct parking lot if you see handicap parking signs on your left. Find a place to park. Go to the door to the left with the windows. If you come from I-81 side you can take a left, then right, then left and drive all the way around and take the 4th right you come too. From there, same procedure as first description. I don't recommend that method. Too easy to get lost.
