Find a better gym with better customer service. They will do everything to avoid canceling membership especially when you move across country. 2 years of emails, letters and phone calls and still dealing with the issues.

Yes
Yes, there are a few recumbent bikes with back support, but not much else. Can't really say if they are specifically tailored for lumbar support or not. A lot of the weight machines also have some kind of back support if you are looking to do that to build strength back later down the line.
I called they said they open at 4pm today then 24/7 after today the 15th of august
