Bottom line: Horrible customer service. I don’t know why I still even try to get my textbooks here. I definitely won’t be getting them here again. They never have my books, they ALWAYS mess up the payment, and the workers always seem annoyed at EVERYONE. I’m super unimpressed. Also, the building is at a horrible location. They should have kept it in the midtown plaza. This new building is crammed and crowded. Also, it’s a long way to walk from campus, especially if you’re carrying books. Do yourself a favor and don’t get your textbooks from here. Order from Amazon, it will save you time, money, and the headache of going to this laughable excuse of a Barnes and Noble.

Although it’s now summer break for Longwood University, the Barnes & Noble there still is operating and more than a bookstore. There were several sections in the store adjacent to the Starbucks Coffee cafe. A couple examples were school supplies and literary books. Today was my first visit there. Although it was almost empty, the cashier was there and asked if I was ready to make a purchase. Fortunately, I found a mini notebook there that would be very handy for taking notes for a Farmville VA real estate business!
