Friendly staff, clean, long term staff, great wages, great benefits, flexible schedules, great supervisors, and a awesome Administrator who goes above and beyond.

I cannot express enough gratitude towards Farmville Rehab for the kindness and care they are giving my father. We had such a horrible experience in the past 4 months with another facility. From the first day of his arrival to Farmville, he was greeted with the dignity and humanity he deserves. Everyday the staff amazes me the care and attention to detail. Having him evaluated to see where he is at and what care he is going to need and having a “Care Plan “set in place! They keep us as a family involved and updated on his condition and progress! The staff are upbeat and friendly (seeing how hard they work). Hosting socials for the patients, petting Zoo, wine (LOL) and cheese party, a birthday party etc. They do not skip a beat. I am just getting to know everyone’s names, or I would acknowledge them all. So far Sabrina Admissions/Marketing Director and Megan Case worker for going above and beyond to make this all happen. The Nurses Rock!

My stepfather, Otis Poole suffered from vascular dementia and a stroke on around August 15, 2021. After leaving Centra South Side Community Hospital, he was sent to Farmiville Health and Rehabilitation Center. My mother and I were treated with respect and kindness, which made us grateful, being that we were four hours away from our love one. We will never forget the names Sabrina, Lakisha, Leanna and even those who make it possible for us to speak with Otis through out the day, mornings and evenings. Daily we were in touch with the staff from the Directors of Admissions, Activity and Therapy. Updates were given when ever contacted regarding their patient's progress; our family member who said they were good to him. Saturday, September 18, 2021 around noon he returned home just as we were told he would. He met the goals and expectations that we were wanting for him that he would be able to be cared for at home. We thank God for the awesome care he was given while at Farmville Health and Rehabilitation Center's staff. He is thankful to be home.

I work as the Nutrition Program Coordinator for Piedmont Senior Resources Area Agency on Aging in Farmville, VA. Farmville Health and Rehab reached out to us and offered to donate boxed lunches to all of our 350 homebound older adults. The staff there is AMAZING and so caring. Thank you all at Farmville Health and Rehab for what you do to help take care and better our community!

Let me check on it for you. Were you called for an interview?
Hi William, The best way to get in contact with a patient is to call the facility.
