CJ is the most rudest and unprofessional employee i have ever dealt with. 4 days past my reservation date there still weren't any vehicles with a reservation. Here's what i dealt with: Day 1-we called you last week but your number don't work. Lies my number works phone doesn't get cut off i pay my bills. Day 2-the vehicles i have need tires and oil changes. Day 3-no vehicles Day 4- no vehicles you didn't set a time. No one told me me i had to set a time. I just got your reservation yesterday. What? I was so frustrated with CJ that i said he sucked and he hung up on me 😆 Called powhatan enterprise and was in a vehicle immediately Enterprise need to fire CJ he doesn't know what he is doing HH claims they care so you email them the complaints and never hear a word. Enterprise step up
