I moved in here last month. During my application process, the leasing office staff, Dulce, and Jazmin, were very friendly and professional. Management is doing an outstanding job! Since living here, I've had to revisit the office to address an issue coming home to my own apartment smelling of cigarette smoke, leaking in from the vents, outlets, etc. A tenant in my building smokes cigs in their apartment. The office staff immediately addressed the cigarette issue.. you can tell they care about their residents and they're on top of their job duties. The apartment grounds are maintained. No litter, clean amenity spaces, landscaping weekly, no loud neighbors, assigned covered parking, peaceful living, great location on the West side of Glendale located right across the Air Force base where you can watch the jets fly by. I am happy we chose renting at The Tides on Glendale Avenue.

Me and my wife have been tenants for 5+ years and have paid our rent on time every month. Ever sine tides has taken over it has been nothing but issue after issue. I lost my 200 dollar referral bonus when my cousin got her apartment due to a endless count of ridicoulous reasons and now I was just given a 25 dollar late fee for not having my renters insurance uploaded to this weeks new website despite me sending it in to Property manager a months ago and telling me I was good to go. I can no longer reccommend tides.

I live at Tides at Glendale, and I have to say Violeta is most professional and kind to all tenants. She is always encouraging and polite when I come into the office. I love making her laugh. Edgar the maintenance man is so nice and efficient, he gets the job done quickly and right! I just recently met Dulce the new leasing agent, she seems to be very sweet and professional as well. All are inviting and warm. I enjoy this team.

Horrible communication and unwilling to resolve simple problems management will likely wait for multiple weeks before addressing concerns and issues there has been 3 new owners in 2 years all with no concern for tenants constantly shutting off water and constant Construction. Nice pool ,work out room, and overall quiet when there's no construction in the morning.

They have carports for one of your vehicles and have extra parking in uncovered spots. Carports are assigned.
A constructive review, if anyone is tight on money they are a great first apartment, but they kept raising the price near end, and the best they could say was that thier owners chose to raise certain fees
It depends on the apt. I have a 1 bedroom and pay $750
No. You pay a flat rate for water and trash and then you have to pay for the electric.
You have to buy internet and set it up, usually the first bill will be arounf 100 some dollars for set up and installation, but its CenturyLink so you have to look at thier prices to determine what yoy want
