Wasn't to happy with the "Hostess" who were eating while talking to me,I was told to ask the Hostess for peanuts I did one said I'll go get them then the other 2 gave her a look then she said they didn't have any it's like they didn't want to stop eating their food and it wasn't Texas Roadhouse! Food was Good Waitress was very Polite and extremely busy she offered to get peanuts and as we waited she got a large table . This Reminded me I never called mgt. The following day

That's what I found when I unrolled the utensils, dirty and unwashed silverware, almost lost my appetite. However, my night was turned around when the manager stopped by to apologize and did what he could to rectify the situation. I understand people make mistakes and I'm happy they took accountability without excuses.

Great service. Did not have to ask the waiter for drinks. She kept bringing them out. She kept bringing out bread without asking. She made sure we had all sauces we needed. Food came out on time and our appetizer was on time as well. My steak was cooked to perfection and well seasoned. The ribs we ordered literally was falling off the bone. First time here and we will be going back. Food was amazing.

All employees wear masks and booths have plastic barriers between them and they sanitize the menus and tables/benches between customers
Yes
They do call ahead seating, not 'reservations', for multiple reasons. First, it cuts your wait time. If you walk in at 6pm on a Friday night, you're going to wait 1+hrs. Calling ahead enables you to walk in a few minutes before your quote time and get sat faster. Secondly, servers have a 3-4 table(s) section. If you have a larger group (6+) and they seat you incomplete, it takes up too much table time in a high volume restaurant. Servers are trained to flip their tables. They're not fine dining so they expect tables to only dine for up to an hour. If a member of a party is late and holds up the dining process, and it happens multiple times a night, the table that server planned on flipping, might miss a rotation or two. That adds up to a lot of money for servers who depend on solely tips when making $3-7 an hour. Also, it helps the restaurant anticipate how busy they're going to be. They will cut their staff unless they know a wave of customers are coming in.
Unfortunately no. I've been hoping it gets added to DoorDash
