I have been here since February, and I really need the noise complaints to be addressed. I call the office at least twice a week when it’s supposed to be quiet hours to complain about my neighbor, but my calls never get returned. I am worried about my health and safety at this point, and my concerns are not being heard. I will be coming up to the office to speak with someone, but just know that they do not care whether you are sick, or pregnant. Seems like they want to keep noisy, rude tenants so they can have money in their pockets. I’m sick of it!!!!! Take noise complaints seriously before something worse happens. Guess I will have to start calling the cops from now on.

So here is my review. I called the property and spoke with Andrea about leasing a property on Thursday 9/15/22 explained that I was moving from NC to GA to take a job needed an apartment. She told me they had what I was looking for . My wife drove four hours down to look at the property we liked it they told me to go online and submit an application. I started the application process that night. I kept getting errors where it would not let me put my information in. So Monday I called and spoke to Andrea and she stated that they were seeing the same issue. No resolution Monday no resolution Tuesday an email follow up on Tuesday asking me to log in and try again still did not work. I don’t understand how a company can operate if the system they use does not work. My issue was that I feel as there was no since of urgency in fixing the issue. When you look at the reviews of this property a lot of them lead to the big issue with this property. Lack of communication and taking care of issues in a timely manner. Who ever owns the property needs to evaluate who managing the business . The last thing I would say if the website is having an issue what happened with my information that I put in and is it safe from somebody taking my info??

It’s Me

I’ve been living in this apartment community for three years. From the day I moved in, up until a few weeks ago, it felt as if I were living in hell. I could literally write a novel, trying to explain my horrific living situation of 3 years. I’ve seen property mangers come and go. Leasing and maintenance staff never last more than a couple months either. It’s been a revolving door. I was skeptical when I initially met the new property manager Jay. I had zero faith that he would even last a month in the leasing office. So today I feel the need to give respect, and accolades where it’s due. From the very first time I spoke to Jay up until now…he has given me the utmost respect, displayed great communication skills, compassion, professionalism. He is very much understanding and continues to provide top tier service. Not going to get into the last 8,573 property managers, doing the complete opposite. I just want to show my appreciation for all the positive changes that have been made on my behalf thus far. You didn’t just tell me what I wanted to hear, and disregard everything we spoke about. You came up with a plan, immediately put it into action, and remain a solid, man of your word. I have faith that you will continue to work hard, and do the same for all the other residents in this community. We finally have A REAL PROPERTY MANAGER. Thank you Jay.
