I worked here for a few weeks. The training was unorganized, no patience in management so unprofessional all the way around... agency staff was more nicer than staff..I would not recommend nobody to work here!!!! No patience in training you for the job!!! Fired me because I didn't really get it in a week of training when the training was all over the place.. dis honest people in nursing management.. not to be trusted! If I could I would not even give one star.

Hello guys my name is Tyron McClain and my mother will be going over there for physical therapy so I saw some nice comments and I saw some bad comments so when they send my mother over there not only speaking about het but I'm also speaking for everyone else who is in their facility the staff needs to treat their patients with kindness and respect because one of these day the staff is gonna get old and you want some to take care of you.

My mother was brought there on a Friday I have yet to receive a call back why my mom is there when my mom ask them why she gets a non-response as if the staff does not know what kind of organization is this? Yes it is I again today is Friday June 25, 2021 I am requesting a visit to see my mother why all the runaround? It is already nerve racking that I have to make an APPOINTMENT to visit since I am the only one coming to visit her The two staff person's that set up the visit are not even in today and no one else seems to know what is going on. I will be glad when my mother gets out of there in fact she can do just fine on her own The next conversation this organization will have will have will be from my Lawyer BECAUSE MY MOTHER DOES NOT NEED TO BE THERE!!! I would like to add my mom's home health aid made mention that my mom should have never been admitted to St. Augustine because UH could have done rehab at their facility instead of saying her insurance did not cover it. That was a fat out lie they were hoping that being at St. Augustine would dampen her spirit but for your information at eighty-seven her mind is razor sharp. This is real talk!
