Nice friendly and informative,, since renovations noticed a steep drop in customer/patient care. How can someone send a simple blood test out 6 weeks ago, and say that the blood place has no info on it? Now is that the patients fault either way that gets there at 8am and waits on line for over an hour? Nope. Do they care, give a good explanation,but they still send out texts to come in ( but those r automated). $,time , patience and not even a courtesy anything. They don't care, I was even told by manager we got thousands of people, smh wow. They where 4,5 stars b4 the renovations, now after that, no way.
