Enjoyed the Ferry ride from Hoboken to World trade. It was easy to buy tickets s. It wasn’t packed and the ride was fairly short but had great views. We sat outside on the top and enjoyed it! It took us over closer to battery park with amazing views.

Recommend Garage D, about a 4 block walk to the ferry.
There is no age limit. Minors should be accompanied by an adult.
You should be able to ride your mobility scooter on the ferry. As for parking, there is a lot around the area so you may want to see what you can find in terms of being close by. The parking decks were a bit expensive in my opinion.
