Time and time again opening person shows up who knows how late (I typically give up after 15-20 min tops of waiting). It’s not bad enough their hours are super limited opening at 6am and closing at 9pm on a regular basis, I can’t wait to be able to cancel my membership and show up to a gym that does the little things such as - shows up on time for its members??

My husband and I were in town for the weekend and needed a place to work out. Staff was super friendly and accommodating and the gym had everything we needed. We will definitely be back next time we’re in town!

Hand delivered my cancellation letter to the manager herself, they proceeded to still charge me for 3 months. Manager is a ghost and will not speak on the phone

Terrible gym, whole place is rundown and many machines are constantly broken for months on end. Not particularly picky when it comes to gyms and figured I would try this one out since it’s the cheapest. Truly not worth it at all. Also tried multiple times to cancel and even talked to a rep in person saying I was all good and done. Months later I got a call from a collection company saying I owed them money… called the assistant manager and she gave nothing but attitude saying that it was somehow my fault. Guess the staff matches the place overall. Save yourself the headache and go ANYWHERE else but here.
