PRICE GOUGING AND EXPLOITATION OF DOGS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS I used Pet Paradise exclusively for my dog for over a year until recently, they have decided to implement a new fee for dogs that are non-compatible with group play. I always kept my dog out of group play due to him being attacked at a different boarding facility while the handlers weren't paying attention. Now, they are increasing the price PER NIGHT by $20 (40% increase) to "accommodate" for the added attention dogs like this require. To this point, I understand, a dog requiring individual play time might cost more. But, increasing the price by nearly HALF the cost of the room per night? I feel this is price gouging and exploitation of pet parents with special needs and concerns. They offer NOTHING in terms of options to pet parents. No ability to alter the individual play time to avoid the fee, and no ability to just allow my dog to remain in their room aside from walks and bathroom breaks. THEY decide your dog is non-compatible and then tack on the fee regardless. Furthermore, that extra $20 per night gets your dog an additional 20 minutes of play per day. We're talking nearly $80 per night now for my dog to sit in a kennel and get an extra 20 minutes of play per day. $1 per minute premium so that I don't have to worry about my dog getting attacked during a group play. I think this is unreasonable and exploitative of dogs with special needs, price discrimination and borderline sharking of parents who have concerns about group play to begin with. I am very disappointed, because I held this boarding facility in high regard and my dog genuinely loved it, and the staff genuinely loved the animals they cared for. This is a fault on corporate greed and upper management for pricing out special needs dogs so they don't have to worry about them. Hopefully I get more than an automated "we're working hard to consider your feedback and improve," but we shall see.

The term "price transparency" is in illusive mystery to the swindlers at pet paradise. Their typical "rate" is $51 a night, and they were charging $56 (summer rate) which was perfectly understandable. When we dropped off our 17 lb doodle they informed us she wouldn't receive group play because she was not fixed, which we politely agreed because we were only leaving her for 24 hours and she prefers her own company usually. Along with not allowing us to have them use her preferred blankets/bowls/toys (for sanitary reasons I guess?) they chastised us for not individually portioning her food. We left her with a bad taste in our mouth and arrived the next day at 1 PM to pick her up only to be greeted with a $96 bill. They signed us up for individual care without our consent ($20) then charged us a $20 fee for "late check out" which is not listed in any discernable spot on their website. We pre-selected her pick up time for 7PM and were early and that additional price was not listed. Then when I asked for explanations for the price increases they were hesitant and short about giving me appropriate reasoning. Keep your pet away from here unless you want to pay an arm and a leg for one night of "supervision"

Clean with friendly, nice staff. However, I think it's weird that dogs attending day care only have play time from 10am-1pm and that's it. The rest of the time they sit in individual room/kennel things. I don't want to pay for my dog to sit by herself most of the day.

Great service, Angela did a really great job with grooming my dog, he can be a little nervous around new people but she made sure to make him feel comfortable, he was very relaxed the whole time and looked amazing when he was finished so I'll definitely be bringing him here again

As others here are saying, it depends on what you need, but we usually pay $58 for overnight boarding or $30 for daycare. It's completely worth it... The staff are amazing and the place is really great.
Cats and dogs for sure. I would call to find out about guinea pigs
