CVS filled my prescription but it was no where to be found. Called my doctor's office, they verified that it was sent and filled. I can't even go to the doctors again and have it re-filled because the insurance won't cover it. The doctor's office called CVS for me instead because CVS just kept on saying there is no script. CVS then told the office, they made a mistake that the prescription was actually filled, then hung up on the kind soul trying to help me. After a few hours, I called CVS to see when I can pick up, and was told they don't have it again... The last time, CVS said they were going to fill the script but needed verification, it took an hour because the woman behind the counter decided to talk to everyone working instead of calling. After an hour, she finally realized she forgot about me...even though I was sitting right in front of her... It wasn't even that busy. There were 4 or 5 people behind the counter. Time to look for a better pharmacy.

The guy at self checkout grabbed my credit card after I put it in the chip reader, and proceeded to tap it for me without my consent or asking. Incredibly inappropriate behavior from this kid. When I turned back to grab my phone, which I had left on the register out of shock that he had inserted himself in my space like that, he yelled at me that I was finished. There is no social circumstance, where you touch another person’s belongings and then act like you are entitled to be rude to someone twice your age who hadn’t said a word to you or instigated this type of behavior. Really disgusting display of misogyny and condescension

I went to this CVS location for a standard Covid antigen test which is required for my upcoming trip but the whole process was very time consuming. Unlike other drug stores where you go in, take the test within 5 minutes and get the results in an hour via email, this location checked my blood pressure and did many other things I had already done a month ago during my yearly physical. In addition the lady asked me 1000 questions. I was there for 20 minutes. I don’t know if they want to make some extra $$$ from my health plan but I would really rather just have the standard test and be out. I’m giving 2 stars because despite all the unnecessary work the staff was friendly but in the future I will just stick to Walgreens drive thru tests which are much more convenient.
