it’s absurd that i pay almost $1,200 a month for an outdated one bedroom apartment. old carpet, no dishwasher, and i’m paying just as much as others.

Regret ever moving here if it wasn’t for my son going to to school move back to New Jersey instantly the only convenience of is that the stores are close by ,if you ask me after fight with them to give me new appliances the floor creeks the kitchen cupboards are outdated and have droppings on them from rat it wasn’t clean up but I was stuck I already move from New Jersey had my things in storage I was so disappointed at this place then had to wait a month from them to clean it up my first day was Hell because the water wasn’t going down in the kitchen sink and I call,call,call,call with no avail then I made a video and tell them I’m going to the news agency that’s when they fixed it I go on an on Just remember never Look at these brochure that they had online or their online advertisement .PLEASE

I'm giving it a one-star because it's not the people in the office it's the management and have criminal history from over 10 to 15 years ago and you get judged very badly. But you definitely going to have good credit to try to move in there and you cannot have a criminal background otherwise it is a very nice and beautiful place there.

Large multi unit buildings, approx 250 apartments. Exterior of bldgs looks well maintained, as well as the grounds. I can only evaluate the buildings I've been in. Many of apts are occupied by long term residents. Therefore when they move out the apartment usually needs to be recarpeted, and painted, and kit needs updating. Unfortunately this is not always performed. The laundry rooms are located in lowest level, and the washer and dryers are not commercial grade, they use cheep residential washers and dryers that wearout quickly. The carpets in the common areas look and smell of high traffic, needs to be cleaned more often. On a positive note this complex is well lit, and secure. Located on 309 near everything. Management is friendly.
