We have purchased three puppies from Willow Spring Kennel, and adopted one adult retired female breeder over the last 13 years. I can honestly say every interaction has been wonderful. From the very first when I was a first time puppy and Cavalier mom to be to, to the second when I went to pick out my second girl while still dealing with a broken heart after losing my first. To navigating picking out a puppy via phone calls and texting during covid, and then adopting an adult. Terry is always so happy to answer questions, and there is NEVER a feeling of high pressure sales. To this very day there is a relationship where I can call at any time or text and ask a question if need be and he is always interested in finding out how the girls are doing I feel as though Willow springs is not just a place where I have purchased my dogs, it is also a place where I have found some lifelong friends, both human and canine.

If I could give a negative number I would. My poor pup made it 7 and spent probably close to $100000 trying to figure out what was wrong with him. That poor dog was sick from his first birthday until he took his last breath at 7. This breeder is so irresponsible and should be shut down.

Worst cavalier ever. Mine has an enlarged heart and a number 5 murmur. Only 6 years old. I have spend thousands on her health care. Never again. My previous cavalier lived to be 13. Of course she was not purchased at Willow Spring. She did have the heart issues but not as severe. Stay away from cavaliers.
