Absolutely awful, child with a history of respiratory distress sent to their ER by primary. Sat for 4 hrs while child coughed nonstop. 9 people taken back, 7 came in after us. 1 with pink eye and another with a possible broken finger. When asked reception why we were told that "it's not my job". Who says that to parents with a sick child!?!

My fiance took her son to the emergency room on a Sunday with bad diaper rash. The idiots who work here decided that the diaper rash wasn't diaper rash and it was actually second degree burns due to someone pouring boiling water on a 5 year old's private parts. Heavens forbid!!! They tortured a pregnant mother and her five-year-old son with children services accusations. Children's services on the other hand is no better. Especially once they get a misdiagnosis from the doctors who are supposed to be educated in what is what. Children's services shuttled the pregnant mother and her son to another hospital an hour and 20 minutes away in the city. Better doctors were able to determine that none of this was due to being burned by water. The hell that they put a pregenant woman through while being pregnant is unforgivable. The other hospital completely disagreed with the misdiagnosis given by St Luke's physicians. They determined this was diaper rash just as originally explained by Mom.

Been in the ER for 5 hours, still haven't seen a doctor. The "nurse" at the desk is too busy on her phone to help anyone. If I had my car I'd drive to Grandview!!

No. New Hospital is on Rt. 663.
Noon to 6 if I remember correctly
Not sure old one used to.
I'm pretty sure around 6am to 7 pm, but I'm not totally sure
It's a nice, friendly small town hospital. They dont do everything a bigger hospital can but if you need more of the medical service Quakertown dont offer then u will be transferred to one of there bigger hospitals in allentown or Bethlehem.
You can call and get info then try to get them to understand it, but either you have to give it to them or you can give it to someone else that they might listen to. But if your asking if they can be admitted that's an entirely different story. That doesn't happen unless they're a serious danger to themselves or others, and it has to be provable
Yes they do. I have been in the emergency room at St Luke's many times, with mostly very positive experiences.
