Wanted 650 credit score no cosigner accepted for a 2000 dollar trailer not sure if I'll be able to buy it. So I have the two grand, but I'm not ALLOWED in the park. If I had perfect credit, and plenty of money I wouldn't want to live In a TRAILER PARK

Little over 500.. Covers water sewer and trash
Small dogs only. 35 pounds is the max, and that is a small medium size dog. Beagles Dash Hounds and anything smaller is fine but no Dobermans, German Shepherds or pitbulls or anything of that size although you will see some people in here do have very large aggressive dogs Be very careful of anyone who wants to be your friend The people who are always out walking and want to talk to you and make it a point to come out when you come out, stay away from those people. There are many nicer smaller parks in Quakertown where the rent is much lower But if you do move in and you want a cat feel free to take any of the hundred or so strays that infest the park
There is park management, and you do have to pay lot fees (which cover water, sewer, trash and yard waste removal). They will also require you to keep up your lot and property, and can evict you for any reason, but it's not technically an HOA.
I do not know everyone personally
With trailer yes. Empty u will have to call
Not sure maybe 400 to 500 less than taxes
They are not rentals subletting isnt allowed
There are breed exceptions to the pet policy. Yes there are homes for sale.
Yeah. They've put in a couple new ones in the last few years. Dont know if they're for sale though.
Pet policy technically says no dog over 20 lbs, two pet limit, but the fact that the dog is a service dog overrides any pet policies ever
