Pet policy technically says no dog over 20 lbs, two pet limit, but the fact that the dog is a service dog overrides any pet policies ever
With the paperwork they can't deny you because of the dog
Yes there is a policy. But if you have all the service paperwork you should be ok. By federal law service animals must be allowed
Do you have any 1bedroom and 1 bath available?
I don't believe you will have a problem at all. I know Rose and she is a animal lover.
I don't think there are exemptions for service dogs for renting or for living in a trailer park Your best bet is to call and speak with the office. 55 pounds is a huge dog I have a lot of experience with disabled people having service dogs and they require more care then the person they are serving can provide A dog needs to run and a dog that size needs more space then the park offers Most yards here are less than 10 ft wide and 70 ft long But don't try to sneak in a dog and wind up having to get rid of it. That may explain the very large dogs I've been seeing since I saw this question posted Two of the dogs look like small horses and have the way 60 lb if there an ounce I don't know if the service dog law super seeds h o a agreements Getting embroiled in a legal battle right after you move in is probably not the thing you want to do even if you do win
