The lady’s (besides maybe 2 of them) act like everyone that’s goes in here are degenerates. Had a traffic fine I wanted to pay off and the amount of attitude and impertinence I received was astonishing. If you don’t like your job you should probably go else where. No one deserves to be treated in such way when trying to pay fines.

This judge is a total witch. Her staff is just as bad. They are rude and despite going in person 3 times to explain a terminal illness has left me unable to work and therefore unable to pay a fine, the judge refused to waive or convert fines to community service. Then when I was unable to pay the fine, like I told them I couldn't, they suspended my license and issued a warrant for my arrest. Yet debtors prison is illegal in PA. Then on a separate issue, she refused to continue a small claims hearing that I was the plaintiff in, a hearing that I paid to have. Even though I had asked for it to be continued due to Covid exposure. This is not justice. This is generating revenue. Thanks for screwing me out of another $240.00 Judge Gaier.

The lady I spoke to on the phone was super nice and wonderful !! She really helped me figure out what I needed to do to get my license back right away, I’ve never dealt with the courts before so I was kinda scared calling but they were just amazing 10/10 great job !

If you received a fine, when to court, and was placed on a payment program all the information that you need can be found on that payment sheet. You can use that information to pay through their website. There is no actual setup required. If you do not have the payment plan paperwork you can also use your docket number, and possibly other information from the summary, to reach the account that was set up for you online. If you have not gone to court disregard this all, because you will not have a payment plan until one is granted to you. If you don't plan on going to court plea guilty and write a check... no e pay needed.
