Lou is a great guy who knows shoes and does quality work. Anyone here referencing a lack of customer service is misreading him. He has a tough love kind of personality, but he is always honest and professional. They have resoled my dress shoes/boots for years and they do excellent work. Highly recommend LTS.

Coming up on two weeks ago, I dropped off a pair of Tory Burch tall leather boots to be stretched in the top of the foot. The man quoted me three weeks. I mentioned that I might need them for tomorrow, Sunday the 26th for a wedding shower. The man told me that I could call to see if the boots were ready early. I have been trying to call and no one is answering the phone eventhough Google and other sites list their hours as open until 3 PM. There is no way to leave a message either. Now I am reading a Google review from another customer written only 4 days ago, and the owner responds that the store is closed due to COVID?! What?! So now my boots are hostage until this guy decides to reopen the store? Funny that there was no mention of a possibly upcoming store closure or you bet I would have chosen another shoe repair shop.

I've tried to stay loyal to this place. Lou's done a great job on shoes of mine in the past, but recently he's just never there during the posted business hours. I've driven there a couple times, then resorted to calling each day to see if/when he'll be there so I can drop off items and he's never there or answers the phone. Sadly, I'm going to need to take my stuff elsewhere for now.

I've been taking my boots and high-heeled shoes to LTS Shoe Repair for quite a few years now, and I love their service every time. Although the shoes are older now, they look practically new when I get them back every time. Service is awesome. Thank you!
