I just wanted to take the time to write to commend one of your excellent employees – Sandy Cominotto. Any time I have EVER needed information she was always very quick, timely and professional. In recent months, she has been very helpful in getting information for a loan. But Today – she actually responded with the needed (important) information I requested in less than 11 minutes. We all jump to complain about service or situations – but usually fail to write anything positive. You have a very valuable employee in Ms. Cominotto and just wanted you to know.

I have lived in so many different communities and dealt with a ton of management companies. The worst of the worst. This company has been such a breath of fresh air. Phone is always answered, questions are always answered and they actually listen and respect the residents. Thank you for being such a delightful management company!

Worst management company I have dealt with in my 5 years in my condo!! I am being forced to sell my condo and move because they will not make the lawn care/snow removal company do what we pay them for! Ed Oland is the worst! Just sits back and takes your money and basically laughs at you if you have complaint! Zero customer service.
