I don’t know why we bothered to take the time to make an appt. we saw Margaret Krum on 7/22, my daughter needed a rx for a topical steroid. She told us she didn’t know what my daughter was dealing with and that she didn’t know what to do but we could “try” this cream. Here we are in 7/24, and the rx was never sent to our pharmacy, 3 days later, and still waiting. I am beyond disappointed and angry, we could e gone to Patient First and had better care than with this PA Margaret Krum. Unbelievable, my daughter went in with swollen eye and swollen patches of rashes over her body, but that’s apparently not important enough. Margaret DID ask me if I was her dentist, which of course I am not, the level of professionalism is severely lacking. Will not see her again

I went to Penn medicine for physical therapy. I was told when I signed up with my insurance each session would be between $50 to $75. My sessions where set up 2 a week after session 8 I get my first bill for $1200, and my insurance is only covering $100 of it. I canceled the last 4. That's 150 a session double to triple what I was told signing up. The therapists were great. If you sign up I would recommend waiting a month between your first and second session or until you get your first bill to see what your really paying.

Dr. Brighter is an amazing baby/momma doctor. She actually cares and takes her time to make sure momma and our baby girl are always taken care of and as healthy as possible. I would've given 3 or 4 stars bc the receptionists aren't always the nicest, and it's sometimes difficult logistically when going to the hospital or a different office, as it seems like they dont communicate within departments/offices very well. Dr Brighter is the best though so I gladly look past all that and would recommend this place to anyone, especially expecting mothers.

This place used to be very fine and well run. Now, for the last countless months the service, regarding contacts and answering phone calls is PATHETIC ... There have been countless times my wife and I have called over the past several months over and over and no one bothers to answer the phone. This is often in regards to questions about medications and we NEED answers .. We get the same blah, blah excuse about understaffed,, the dreaded COVID ... etc .... I am sick of hearing that rhetoric .... Stop using excuses and start GOOD service again. You certainly have no problem FORCING mask wearing . do you ??? ... It is a shame because the doctors are really Great ... the office and supporting staff not nearly as good ...
