They are corrupt. he use his position to hurt those in the most need. They are dishonorable and unjust. He allows landlords to reclaim 1 little apartment in an apartment complex at a time. Evict good tenants that never missed a payment for other tenants that pay more and don't complain about health and safety issues. Wow what a money machine. CORRUPT. The last one died homeless. PS. Apparently this is completely normal for our law as I have recently found out. For myself and my roommate. His son was trying to finish his school year and graduate in the only school that was going to help after being held back by covid. He will now have to quit and get a job. So my advice to you all is if you rent in PA you are there slaves and don't forget it.

This magistrate has no clue. Told me that my issue was a township matter and he couldn't render a verdict without getting more info from the township. Got the verdict in the mail the next day and the township officials never spoke with him. Filed a formal complaint with the BAR, and will have to shell out more money to have my case heard by a real judge. If you dont know the law, dont be a judge!!!. What the hell am I paying you for??

Brains Dead. With out a doubt, they "forgot" to send papers in and I could have gone back to court for their mistake. They were definitely given an extra chromosome from birth. If you have to go here I wish you the best of luck.

Rudest customer service up front. Even calling in isn't any help because I've gotten snippy comments from the woman I spoke to, and then she hung up on me. I absolutely hate dealing with anyone here because they don't make the situation any better. Welcome to Columbia, PA, I guess?

I believe so
Yes, unfortunately the same thing happened to my father. He actually gave him 30 days notice through a text message. If the landlord files to take his property back theres no fighting in. I'm deeply sorry this has happened to you. My father is on life sustaining medication and they still put him out. Good luck
With a check or money order, in an envelope with your I fo written on the envelope like your name ticket number and your phone number. Drop it in the door slot, or you can wear a mask and go in when they're open and theres a drop box on the wall next to their window you can put it in there.
