A trainer is included with your membership! You should schedule an initial appointment to speak with one of the trainers on your fitness goals and needs. From there it's recommended you set up all future appointments with a receptionist. I have a had an amazing experience thus far with Anthony Koser. He has assisted me drastically in my custom tailored workouts in correcting sciatic pain and realignment of my hip, knee and foot. Best Wishes to Everyone on Their Fitness Journey! 🏋️♂️♥️🏋️♀️
Hello, Jessi. As we strive to maintain low membership rates, we do not currently offer childcare at our club. Children must be at least 13 to work out at our clubs, and must be supervised by a parent or guardian.
