The place is absolutely disgusting. House keeping is non-existent. Borderline neglect. Asked five days in a row to get the bathroom cleaned. No one felt is was their job. Poor management, poor staffing & most of the staff just doesn't care. This place should have negative stars. Watched residents call for help with no one responding. No one deserves this type of care. Keep your loved ones far away!

Terrible care, terrible medical management, terrible case management. Staff were so disrespectful to residents and family. Patient was there for rehab and he declined significantly instead of improving. I would never recommend or send another person here again. This facility should be shut down, Doctor should lose her license and staff should be fired. I worked in numerous care facilities and never have I experienced such a terrible place for people to stay. Hurts my heart that this is how the residents have to spend the last days of their lives.

I have worked with numerous professionals at Luther Crest dating back to 2006, and I have always found them to be good to work with. I have observed that they care about their residents and work hard to ensure that all have a safe and enjoyable experience. I have been on site many times and residents have always seemed happy.

I just wanted to take a moment to comment about the wonderful care my grandmother receives at Luther Crest! She is very happy there and it makes me happy to see her happy and well taken care of! Thanks to wonderful staff who seems to be under the direction of an energetic and caring director!
