I moved to PA alone right after college and was nervous to move to a new state and find a safe place to live. On a whim, I applied for Spring View without even seeing it in person. It was the best decision! I loved living at the complex and always felt safe. They are beautiful apartments and everything is brand new. The common areas are filled with fun activities and they have an amazing trash valet system so you only have to put your garbage outside your door. Kathleen is amazing and communicates everything promptly through email. Highly recommend!!

Really enjoyed my 3 years living here. The apartment complex has really found a great system with luxury apartments, responsive management, reliable maintenance team and a great packaging system that is convenient and secure. The pool and gym are amazing too. Sad to leave the city but definitely would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for luxury living!

I really enjoyed staying at Springview for last 3 years. It is a very well maintained and very nice property. Truly luxury apartment and also all of the buildings and facilities are new and well maintained. Quite impressive in Allentown/Leigh valley area. Also situated in secluded /quite area. The management is also very professional and courteous to work with. Overall 5 out of 5 , in my opinion.

Hi Janice, "Net Effective Rent" is the calculation of your annual gross rent, less any rent concessions, on a monthly basis. The Net Effective rent is a visionary aid for personal budgeting; the gross rent is billed monthly. Example, if your monthly gross rent is $2,000.00 per month on a 12 month lease and you receive first month free, the net effective rent is $1,833.34 ($24,000.00 annual gross rent minus $2,000.00 first month free concession divided by the 12 months in the lease term). At this time we do not have any rent specials, so the net effective rent and gross rent are the same. Hope this helps!
Parkland, however i do not suggest moving into this complex. It is met with problems and inconveniences galore.
