Very unhappy with the service, not all staff is friendly, my appointment was 1.5hrs behind schedule, lost my sign in paperwork. It felt like a zoo. We can do better

Dr.Hill is extremely professional. Read my entire 40+ page medical history and new it off the top of his head. He listened to me explain my situation and layed out my options with great detail. Of course, none of these options were what I wanted to hear. I do understand the limits of a horrible health care system. All this being said, I hope people have the same experience I did with Dr. Hill. I pray for the unfortunate patients who show up for appointments on Dr.Tran's rotation. This is the only reason PMG Antioch gets 3 stars because they continue to employ a "doctor" of his ridiculously low caliber. I insist future patients read the reviews of PMG Cookeville before making an appointment with him. I truly wish I had.

If I could give them a negative number I would. Dr Tran never talked to me before injection and his office told me this would be my office visit as well. He only came in to administer the steroid. The nurses had no empathy and they were extremely condescending. My advice is to find another dr and especially a different surgery center

Rita.. I go to PMG in Antioch and Dr. Hill and his Staff are AMAZING!! They are Very Tentative to your needs. I've been there for year's and would refere them to Anyone.
Post was 2 years ago. I wonder if you ever got through. Hardest place to reach I have ever dealt with.

They are changing the portal system they use and it's crazy I've had to wait on hold for 20-30 mins they usually answer after it rings maybe 10-20 times but sometimes they dont just gotta keep at it it's crazy i usually use the patient portal they use but they took it down hope this help

I'm sorry I don't understand the question!! However, I had a similar situation 2 yrs ago..PMG isn't like any other Pain Management group! They are truly concerned about you and how they will help you manage your pain ... They are going to do everything possible to get you an appt. I went to the website and put in my information told them I needed an appointment as soon as possible... I was seeing them the next week.. I hope this helps.. Good Luck..
