Scratched my brand new truck to bits!! Looks like they washed it with an SOS pad. The majority of the truck was pretty clean, but definitely either someone had a dirty rag they were washing with or a bad broom…Something was bad. I went back to show the owner and he wasn’t having any part of the discussion. Deny deny. I’ve had the truck less than 1 month. They’re the first hands to touch it other than me and they left it covered in scratches. Going to a shop to try to have them buffed out. Edit: had a professional buff out the scratches today. The paint man said it looked as though there was sand or dirt in the water. Scratched the entire driver side of the truck.

Not sure if there is gold but they start at 10 I believe for the exterior only, and the have inside and out with leather treatment for 34, mini detail for 60 and goes up to 129 last time I was there
Please don't let them wash your windows. The use Spray way for windows, the over spray leaves a white residue. Also leave a greasy film of streaks.
